LibAnswers release is on it's way to you next week, and will be live in all regions by the end of day on Friday, July 1, 2022.
With summer now in full swing, we've got some cool features on the way to you in this June release:
Operators in chat can now delete their messages if needed.
Tickets created from chats include a link back to the chat transcript in the ticket source info.
- LibChat Statistics includes data on number of tickets created from chats.
There is now a standalone tab for full FAQ exports that gives the option to Strip HTML from FAQs in the export.
