It’s hard to believe 2021 is already halfway over and our July Learning Lab is right around the corner!
This month, we’re excited to host Diana Botluk, Megan Humphries, and Rachel Parks from the Barry Law Library. As a result of social distancing guidelines, the library closed its physical study rooms for much of the 2020 school year. So Diana, Megan, and Rachel set out to create a place where students could safely meet as a group. Through some trial and error, and help from Springshare, they created Virtual Study Rooms with LibCal Appointments that their students could reserve to meet online. This enabled students to continue to benefit from being able to study and work together while following guidelines and remaining safe.

Getting to chat with and hear from librarians about how they solved problems or implemented creative ideas with Springy tools is truly one of our favorite things – and we hope you can join us for this part guest speaker / part training session!
