As the semester winds down and winter break gets closer, we know many of you are juggling updated hours, staffing plans, and holiday closures. Whether you're coordinating time off or making sure your community knows when and how to reach you, Springshare is here to help you wrap up the year with confidence.
Holiday Hours on the Horizon 🕰️
This time of year always brings shifting schedules, special hours, and a bit of logistical juggling. If you're preparing your systems for limited hours or full closures, we’ve gathered resources to make updates quick and painless.

We’ve also got a full training session dedicated to managing hours, exceptions, and holiday schedules in LibCal. You can attend live on December 8 or watch the recording anytime in English or Spanish!
Springshare Holiday Schedule 🦃
As we wrap up the last few weeks of the year, we're already looking forward to kicking off 2026 with even more updates, training sessions, and guest presentations! But first, we're taking a few days of rest, relaxation, and minimal Springshare Support coverage.
Springshare Support, Training, and Social will be closed:
- Thursday, November 27
- Friday, November 28
- Wednesday, December 24
- Thursday, December 25
- Thursday, January 1, 2026
During these dates, we'll be monitoring for emergencies only. All non-emergency questions will be answered when we reopen.
Reduced support hours:
Wednesday, November 26: 8:30am - 5pm Eastern Time
December 26, 29, 30, 31: 9am - 3pm Eastern Time
