It's National Customer Service Week and we’re taking this opportunity to celebrate the incredible Springys who make outstanding customer service part of everything we do! Whether you’ve joined us for a training session, connected with us in the Springshare Lounge, or reached out to our Support Team, you’ve seen their care and expertise in action. This week, we’re shining a light on the dedication and excellence our team brings to every interaction – because great service is at the heart of every Springy experience.
Customer Service By the Numbers
Let’s start the celebration with a look at some standout stats! Behind every number is a Springy team member working hard to support, guide, and cheer on our amazing customers. These figures reflect a year of dedication and a shared commitment to making every experience a great one.
Springshare Support
- The Customer Experience Team has answered over 25,000 tickets.
- They've kept more than 1,450 published FAQs updated (and you've viewed them over 450,000 times!).
- Our customer satisfaction (CSAT) score is 84%, based on customers' feedback about their Support interactions.
The Springshare Lounge
- The Lounge currently has over 8,000 members.
- 4,273 members have interacted or posted in the Lounge this past year.
- This year, there have been over 1,280 new lounge posts and over 3,240 new comments.
- We've welcomed 1,807 new users to the Lounge this year.
- The Lounge received over 31,590 views!

Springshare Training & SpringyU
- Our Training Team has provided 118 training sessions.
- Those training sessions saw about 2,632 live attendees.
- SpringyU grew by 53 new blocks and 5 new courses, making a total of 557 blocks and 87 courses that received almost 90,000 views!

The Consulting Team worked on 246 projects over the last year, including:
