National Customer Service Week is October 7-11, and we’re celebrating the amazing team of Springys who make exceptional customer service happen! Whether you’ve attended a Springshare training session, posted in the Lounge, or reached out to our Support Team, you’ve experienced firsthand how our customer service goes above and beyond. This week we're shining a spotlight on the dedication and excellence that our team brings to every interaction!
Springshare Customer Service By the Numbers
To kick things off, we’re highlighting some impressive statistics that showcase how hard the Springy team works year-round to deliver top-notch customer service with every interaction. These numbers offer a snapshot of our team's dedication and accomplishments over the past year, showing their commitment to providing the very best service possible!
Springshare Support
- The Customer Experience Team has answered over 21,600 tickets.
- They've kept more than 1,400 published FAQs updated (and you've viewed them over 582,000 times!).
- Our customer service CSAT score is 93%.
Springshare Training & SpringyU
- Our Training Team has provided 175 training sessions.
- Those training sessions saw about 3,400 live attendees.
- SpringyU grew by 86 new blocks and 13 new courses (making a total of 504 blocks & 82 courses!).
The Springshare Lounge
- The Lounge currently has 6,184 members.
- 3,077 members have interacted or posted in the Lounge in 2024 alone.
- To date, there have been over 2,600 lounge posts and over 6,900 comments.
With the new LibApps integration, the Lounge has never been easier to join! Just log in to any of your LibApps and then head over to the Lounge!
Springshare Consulting
The Consulting Team worked on 246 projects over the last year, including:
- 16 custom training sessions
- 21 LibCal Interactive Mapping projects
- 24 theme implementations
