LibAnswers

  • You can now assign priority levels to tickets, to help staff triage and answer with greater efficiency!
  • We've introduced automated ticket tagging based on keyword/phrase or ticket form questions.
  • Workflows for Tickets can be created to assign tickets to priority levels or work in conjunction with automated ticket tagging to ensure tickets are efficiently prioritized.

LibGuides

  • A-Z Resources: We added an "Edit" button to the QuickView panel so that you can navigate to the edit screen quickly.
  • A-Z Resources: We've added several improvements to the types and assets functionality.
  • Blogs: We've addressed several bugs and issues with the new Blogs functionality.

LibInsight

  • You can now add a datepicker to your public dashboards. You can do so by activating the public datepicker configuration through your dashboard's settings page.
  • We've made improvements to the ILL manual record screen.

LibStaffer

  • We've added a new Working Hours overlay to schedules, so you can view all of your staff member's available working hours when viewing a schedule.
  • We've added a search box anywhere there's a staff dropdown list, including on the Staff page, Staff dashboard, Workflow Forms Submissions Explorer & Give Up Shift Schedule Settings.
  • We've added more flexibility to shift splitting options, which can now be done in 15 minute increments.
