Can you believe that we are only seven weeks away from 2023?! It seems like this year, the weeks were long, but the days were short. If you read our October blog post celebrating our Support Team during National Customer Service Week, you'll know that Springy Support has been busy, busy, busy.
From October 2020 to October 2021:
- The Support Team has answered 21,000+ tickets
- They've kept 1,200+ published FAQs updated (and you've viewed them over 738,000 times!)
- Our Consulting Team worked on 152 projects
- Our Training Team has provided 240 free training sessions
- Those training sessions saw 5,000+ live attendees
- SpringyU grew by 111 new Blocks and 15 new Courses (making a total of 368 Blocks & 61 Courses!)
And that's just the tip of the iceberg! Our Springshare Support Team does so much amazing work, including a ton of behind-the-scenes stuff to make sure you're always getting our trademarked top-notch support.
To that end, we will be closed for a few days over the next seven weeks to give our team time to relax and enjoy the holidays with their families and friends. We're posting our schedule ahead of time to give you ample notice.
