Springshare Holiday Support Schedule

Can you believe that we are only seven weeks away from 2023?! It seems like this year, the weeks were long, but the days were short. If you read our October blog post celebrating our Support Team during National Customer Service Week, you'll know that Springy Support has been busy, busy, busy.

From October 2020 to October 2021:

  • The Support Team has answered 21,000+ tickets
  • They've kept 1,200+ published FAQs updated (and you've viewed them over 738,000 times!)
  • Our Consulting Team worked on 152 projects
  • Our Training Team has provided 240 free training sessions
  • Those training sessions saw 5,000+ live attendees
  • SpringyU grew by 111 new Blocks and 15 new Courses (making a total of 368 Blocks & 61 Courses!)

And that's just the tip of the iceberg! Our Springshare Support Team does so much amazing work, including a ton of behind-the-scenes stuff to make sure you're always getting our trademarked top-notch support.

To that end, we will be closed for a few days over the next seven weeks to give our team time to relax and enjoy the holidays with their families and friends. We're posting our schedule ahead of time to give you ample notice.

Springshare 24/7/365 Global Reference Will Be Open!

Our Springshare 24/7 global reference service, which backs up your reference chat service with MLIS-degreed librarians, will be open! When we say 365 days a year, we mean it.

Nevertheless, if you have a question during our closure, you may find the answer on our support site! You can search for documentation or training videos by product or topic, check out what other users are discussing in the Lounge, and more!

Self-Paced Learning

SpringyU – is all about self-paced learning via short videos. Learn something bite-sized with Blocks, beef up your skills with Courses, or take on something larger with Projects. If you've got 5 minutes or a lot more than that, you can attend SpringyU right from your chair.
