Springshare Support Closed for the Holidays

This year is almost in the rearview mirror (and TBH, we're okay with that!) but before we say goodbye to 2021, we thought we'd take a look back at all the hard work the Springshare team has done over the past twelve months. Springshare Support answered more than 24,300 questions in 2021 and the FAQs they created were visited more than 600,000 times. Wow!

Springhare's Training Team held 211 training sessions with more than 6,400 attendees.  And last, but certainly not least, our self-paced learning site, SpringyU had 60,900+ views in 2021. To say we’ve been busy is an understatement, and to that end - we’re taking some well-deserved time off to rest and recharge.

Springshare 24/7/365 Global Reference Will Be Open!

Our Springshare 24/7 global reference service, which backs up your reference chat service with MLIS-degreed librarians, will be open! When we say 365 days a year, we mean it.

If you’re interested in adding 24/7/365 chat coverage to your reference outreach, contact us at sales@springshare.com.

Keep Calm and FAQ On!

Based on the numbers, we suspect you're well acquainted with our support site already, especially the FAQs sections. Nevertheless, if you have a question during our closure, you may find the answer on our support site! You can search for documentation or training videos by product or topic, check out what other users are discussing in the Lounge, and more!

If your new year's resolution is to get to know us better, you can keep up to date on all things Springy by following us on Facebook and Twitter, and signing up for our SpringyNews Newsletter.

Thank you all for continuing to be such wonderful customers! Without you, none of these stats would mean a thing. We appreciate all the work you've done for your patrons and communities this year and are so happy to have been there to support you through it all. Here's to 2022!
