- Capturing Outreach Stats with LibCal Hidden Events (Tuesday, November 10) – See how to use LibCal to keep tabs on your outreach events, from storytimes to staff training, all in one place.
- Faster, Accurate Responses with Macros in LibAnswers (Thursday, December 3) – Save yourself some typing! Learn how to build macros for the answers you give again and again, and make them feel personal instead of canned.
