Chicago Public Library's Shenita Mack, Central Library Director, rolled right through some technical difficulties with a sense of humor, giving a clear picture of how they customized LibCal to provide equitable access to rooms at each of their 81 branches!

There were lots of great takeaways from Topeka & Shawnee County Public Library's Debbie Stanton about optimizing LibAnswers!
