• LibMaps: We’ve introduced support for integrating with Polaris ILS catalog systems.

• You can now add priority levels to your ticket views!

LibApps & LibGuides

Important Update - Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Now Required for Admin-level Accounts

As part of our ongoing commitment to security, MFA is now required for all Admin-level accounts across all Springshare apps. This change will go into effect when the LibApps release reaches your region (by end of day Friday, July 18th, if not before).

What You Need to Know

• If you haven’t yet set up MFA, you will be prompted to do so the next time you log into LibApps after the release goes out.
  

• Check out our FAQ: What you need to know about Springshare's multi-factor authentication (MFA) requirement

• Make sure your institution has more than one LibApps Admin to avoid being locked out during setup or future changes.

• If you've already set this up and have some advice or other information to share, join us on the MFA Megathread on best practices and ideas here in the Lounge!

• Coming Soon: We’ve introduced an opt-in setting for Community Sharing for forms, surveys, quizzes, and assessments to allow users to opt-in to sharing their content with our Springy community.

  • The ability to reuse and share will be introduced as part of our next September 2025 release!

• There are now language customization options at the system and individual item level!
