That's a wrap on SpringyCamp 2024! Although we've had to take down our tents and put out our campfires, you can still take part in SpringyCamp by watching the recordings from each day.
We want to say a hearty 'thank you' to all of the amazing presenters and partners who took the time to develop and share their expertise with our wonderful Springy community. Because of their talent and generosity, campers got to pack away new skills and ideas to bring back home to their libraries.
SpringyCamp might be over, but the memories live on! Take a hike down memory lane with us and revisit a few of the best parts of camp!
Some of the Highlights
Our lineup on Day 1 was chock-full of innovative ideas, with 6 guest presentations, 1 partner presentation from SkillType, and a sneak peek at our upcoming wayfinding tool LibMaps! If you don't know where to start, you may want to check out a presentation from Michigan's 2024 Academic Librarian of the year, Jen Fiero, about creating high-impact, low-effort LibGuides.
Our Day 2 Lineup lived up to the hype with 5 guest presentations, 1 partner presentation from Lean Library, a quick dive into our 24/7 Chat Co-op and the newest LibGuides A-Z Resources features. You may want to begin with a very timely presentation from the College of Charleston about communicating your library's value with LibInsight.

Just the Fun Stuff
We understand that attending SpringyCamp is a time commitment, so we like to sprinkle some extra fun in throughout the day. A clear highlight for our campers this year was Spooky Stories with Springy Meg. Comments in the chat ranged from "Meg is a national treasure" to "Meg deserves an Academy Award", and we don't think we are overselling this at all. As you can see in this photo, Meg did take home the coveted "Smorphy" award for her inspiring performance. Watch if you dare!
Campers joined us from around the world and connected by sharing photos from their own adventures on the SpringyCamp Kudoboard. Many of these posts show completed SpringyCamp Bingo cards or images for the SpringyCamp Scavenger Hunt. Winners have the chance to snag some Official SpringyCamp 2024 socks! And there's still time to enter if you submit by Tuesday, November 12, don't wait!
