With over 15 years of experience working with public libraries, Ian is the founder of collectionHQ, which was acquired by Baker & Taylor in 2011 and Patron Point, Inc., the marketing automation business, which was acquired by Springshare last year.
Lilly Sundell-Thomas is Lead Marketing Specialist for Public Libraries at Springshare. With nearly a decade of public library experience, Lilly has worked in various roles ranging from Programming and Outreach Librarian to Assistant Director.
