The hustle and bustle of the summer and fall are finally behind us, and the holiday season is on the horizon! If you caught our 2023 year in review in the most recent edition of our SpringyNews newsletter, you know that we've had a busy year so far!
Some Springy Highlights From 2023:
- We saw 84 product updates across 7 products.
- We held 1,876 webinars & training sessions, with a total of over 6,500 attendees.
- The Support Team has answered over 17,000 tickets.
- They've kept more than 1,300 published FAQs updated (and you've viewed them over 782,000 times!).
- Our Consulting Team worked on 150 projects.
- We had 922 discussions in the Lounge, with 2,287 comments.
As we wrap up the last few months of the year, we're looking ahead to a new year filled with even more updates, training sessions, and discussions! But first, we're taking a few days of rest, relaxation, and minimal Springshare Support coverage.

Our Springshare 24/7 global reference service, which backs up your reference chat service with MLIS-degreed librarians, will be open! When we say 365 days a year, we mean it.

We hope you all have a restful and calm holiday season! We know things don't always go according to plan, so just in case you find yourself stuck while you're making some last-minute edits to that holiday cooking LibGuide or realize you forgot to update your library's hours at 8pm on December 31st, here are some ways to find help at any time.

Based on the numbers, we suspect you're already well acquainted with our support site - if you have a question during our closure, you may find the answer there. You can search for documentation or training videos by product or topic.
2. Learn From Your Colleagues - Check the Lounge
Trying to work out a tricky bit of code? Wondering how folks are handling event registration? Check out what other users are discussing in the Springshare Lounge! While you're there, catch up on updates about new features and fixes for our Springy tools.
3. Access Self-Paced Learning Anytime
