From SpringyCamp to sneak peeks and product demos, the Springy Team hosts a lot of events. Here at Springshare, we know that planning a great event is about more than just the session itself; effective communication and follow-up can make or break attendance and engagement. Over the years, we've perfected the art of promoting events using a blend of strategic marketing and evaluation methods.

In this session, Springys Talia and Lilly will take you behind the scenes to show you how Springshare advertises events from idea inception through execution. They'll showcase tips and tools for marketing your library events effectively, plus strategies for using your existing Springshare tools in ways you might never have imagined.

Finally, Talia and Lilly will dive into the important work that goes on after the event. For both online and in-person events, users have come to expect follow-up. They'll explore how Springshare uses post-event communication as an opportunity to share resources, increase engagement, and gather information that will help you plan and promote events even better going forward.
