From Library of Things collections to museum passes, LibCal's Lending Hub makes it easy to manage your library's unconventional collections. The Lending Hub combines the existing Equipment Booking module with the new Museum Passes & eTickets functionality so you can manage both physical and digital tickets, as well as physical items your library lends.

Create your Library of Things with Equipment Booking
LibCal's Equipment Booking module allows you to easily create a visual catalog of lendable items from your Library of Things, like laptops, mobile hotspots, sewing machines, and more! You can set up different categories of equipment at multiple locations, each with their own customizable lending rules. Patrons can reserve items themselves, or staff users can create bookings for patrons within LibCal's staff interface.
Circulate Physical & Digital Passes to Museums and Zoos
With Museum Passes & eTickets, your library can manage physical and digital passes, tickets, and discount codes that can be used in partnership with local museums, zoos, archives, cultural centers, and other venues. Each institution can be set up to use digital and/or physical passes, each with its own booking limits and availability. The easy booking grid shows when passes are available and allows patrons to view by date or institution.
