A few months ago we published a post about ways to stay informed about Springshare. The post outlined all of our communication channels including email newsletter options, our blog, social media channels, and the user-driven Springshare Lounge. Rounding up all of our communication options made us stop and think - how are we doing?
Help us reach you better, take a quick survey!
If you've attended one of our training sessions or emailed with our Support Team, you've likely gathered that many of Springshare's employees are former librarians. As most users of Springshare tools are librarians too, you probably also know how much we love all things data and feedback... So, we'll cut to the chase and ask you to take our quick communication survey. It's short and sweet, and we won't be collecting any personal data other than your answers!
Participants can enter to win a $25 Amazon giftcard! To enter the drawing, submit the survey and fill out the form on the following page. Your contact information will be kept completely separate and will not be connected to your anonymous feedback. The survey will be open until October 12, and the drawing will take place on October 13.
