The Springshare Lounge is our online community space to collaborate, ask questions, and help each other out. But that's not all – the Lounge is also where we connect with you to share important announcements and product updates!
2025 was a busy year for Springshare and the Lounge. For starters, we welcomed over 1,600 new members to the Lounge, two rockstar users joined the ranks of Springy Champs, and one discussion – our MFA Megathread – received over two dozen comments brimming with useful best practices and ideas for managing Multi-Factor Authentication. All this, and more, are recapped in the Lounge Team's 2025 Lounge Wrapped.

Top 5 Feature Requests of 2025
Not only is the Lounge the place to go for community discussion and the latest product updates, it's also your spot for sharing what new features you'd like to see implemented in your Springy Tools. Here are the most voted on Feature Requests addressed in 2025:
- 5th place (23 votes): We brought you an export option for the A-Z Databases statistics (and for the A-Z Resources stats, too!).
- 4th place (26 votes): We added a new Regular user permission to View All Guides Stats.
- 3rd place (29 votes): You can now drag-and-drop your A-Z Database List search filters into your desired order.
- 2nd place (57 votes): We rolled out SMS reminders for LibCal Appointments, Spaces, Seats, and Equipment!
- 1st place (64 votes): We added a "remember this device for 30 days" feature for Multi-Factor Authentication, helping strike the right balance between security and convenience.

What's Next? The AI Journey Ahead
As we start the new year, one of our goals is to partner with you to discuss how we can thoughtfully bring AI tools into our products.
We're starting by asking you, our users, how you'd like to see AI tools and technologies assist you in each product, to make your work more efficient and effective. All future AI-related functionality in our tools will be opt-in and designed with security in mind.
