• SMS tickets now support sending/receiving images in the US and CA regions.
• The Out of Office status can now send an "away" reply to patrons.

• Autoscheduler can now auto-fill shifts based on information from the Organizational Hierarchy! Select specific locations, departments and/or positions when running autoscheduler to help more efficiently schedule staff.
• In the September release, we're adding Shift History, so you can view all actions related to assigning shifts in chronological order!
