LibCal's suggestion-based Spaces booking interface is here! This new UI enables patrons to find spaces by entering desired location, category, capacity, and date/time. The LibCal algorithm then finds availability for the exact - or similar - parameters and delivers the results for easy booking.
If you thought that was all, think again! A new dedicated tablet-display interface for wall-mounted tablets is almost ready, as is the integration with smartlocks so patrons can book, check-in, and have the door automatically unlocked. The tablets and smartlocks integration is coming in the next couple of months! We'll announce that new functionality here on our blog.
