We are thrilled to announce that starting this week, we will be offering live and recorded training sessions in Spanish. The Springy Team and our dedicated users may feel like a small community, but we’ve grown considerably since the very first LibGuides install back in 2007. In fact, Springshare Tools are currently being used in 95 countries across the globe! As such, we’ve been working hard to expand our training and support offerings to reach even more of our customers.
Enhanced Training and Support for Spanish Speakers
Our Spanish Language training sessions begin this week, with a lineup of LibAnswers and LibGuides trainings continuing through the fall. We’ll be adding LibCal, LibWizard, and other sessions in early 2023.

SpringyU Now Has Optional Spanish Subtitles
SpringyU is our self-paced learning system where you can find both short blocks and full courses on the set-up and use of our different apps. All videos in SpringyU now include optional Spanish subtitles. It’s a great place for you to learn the basics, at your pace, and in your language!
Customer Support in Spanish
Last but certainly not least, our Customer Support Team is fully equipped to answer your Springshare questions in Spanish, too! We've had Spanish-speaking Springies on staff answering Spanish questions for years, and thought we'd give them a shoutout here too. Have a question? Send in a ticket.

Nos da muchísimo gusto anunciar que, a partir de la próxima semana, ofreceremos sesiones de capacitación en vivo y grabadas en español. Aquí en Springshare, aunque seguimos sintiéndonos como una comunidad pequeña y muy unida con nuestros usuarios, hemos crecido mucho desde la primera instalación de LibGuides en 2007. De hecho, actualmente se utilizan herramientas de Springshare en 95 países por todo el mundo. Por esta razón, estamos trabajando arduamente en ampliar nuestros servicios de capacitación y soporte para llegar a más clientes.
