Lambton County Library in Wyoming, Ontario will use Patron Point to foster data-driven communication with patrons. This new implementation ensures highly relevant news and updates for their diverse community across 25 locations. LCL's mission to provide responsive services and enhance communication quality is bolstered by this robust marketing platform, facilitating the circulation of over 272,000 resources amongst their cardholders.
Burlington County Library System in Westampton, New Jersey will use Springshare’s Patron Point platform as their audience segmentation and email marketing system. Using these features, BCLS intends to deliver more relevant information to their audiences with the goal of increasing awareness of resources and programs and the patron’s engagement therewith. The library serves more than 355,000 county residents and sees an annual circulation of roughly 1.9 million transactions, making it a true community hub of learning and personal growth.
