Public Libraries in Maine and Massachusetts Implement Springshare’s Patron Point

MIAMI, FL (October 25, 2024) - Springshare announced today that Scarborough Public Library and Thomas Crane Public Library have selected the Patron Point engagement platform to enhance their communication and outreach efforts.

Scarborough Public Library (SPL), located in Scarborough, Maine, has chosen Springshare’s Patron Point marketing automation platform to augment its communication strategy. SPL’s mission is to provide its patrons with access to a broad collection and high-quality services that promote lifelong learning. Through an advanced audience segmentation strategy and personalized email messaging, the library seeks to increase awareness of these offerings and encourage engagement with them. In turn, SPL expects an enhanced patron experience and an increased value in the eyes of the community it serves.

Thomas Crane Public Library (TCPL), based in Quincy, Massachusetts, has partnered with Springshare's Patron Point platform to augment its communication efforts. Using a robust segment-building tool, the library will implement a new segmentation strategy to better personalize its content to its member groups. By doing so, the library intends to increase awareness of the materials, services, and programs offered to its community and enable a deeper connection with its diverse customer base.
