Harnett County Public Library (HCPL), based in Lillington, North Carolina, has selected Springshare’s Patron Point platform as its audience segmentation and email marketing system. Using a powerful segment builder and feature-rich email designer, HCPL intends to increase patron engagement with its collection, services, and programs. Harnett County Public Library serves more than 118,000 residents and sees a circulation of roughly 310,000 transactions annually.
Crandall Public Library (CPL) in Glens Falls, New York has recently chosen the Patron Point platform to enable a more focused marketing strategy for driving usage of library services. CPL intends to automate many of its communications by using audience segmentation. In addition, the library’s adoption of Patron Point’s Recommends program will engage patrons with the collection by providing custom automated reading suggestions. CPL offers more than 175,000 collection items, a wide range of library services, and a full calendar of events and programs to its 58,000 residents.
