LibAnswers and LibCal Features Coming Your Way!

We have a small but exciting release coming to you this time around. These releases are on their way to you next week, and will be live in all regions by the end of the day on Friday, April 19, 2024.

LibCal

• We've introduced an Import Utility for Event Registrations!
• API endpoint support has been added for the Seats/Spaces Check In/Out functionality.
• There is now a customizable email sent to patrons when they cancel an event registration via the public link.

LibAnswers

• Tickets can now have Tasks created and users and due dates assigned. 
• Co-Op Operators will be able to Chat to Local Institutions when they have a patron chat claimed for that site.
• Chatbot's "Rate Chat" action will provide an option to set an NPS Survey instead of using the LibChat widget's survey selection when NPS is active for a site.
