MIAMI (January 30, 2026) - Springshare is pleased to announce that Patron Point, its library marketing automation platform, has received a Platinum Award in LibraryWorks' 12th Annual Modern Library Awards. This marks the sixth year in a row that Patron Point has received the program's highest honor.

The Modern Library Awards were created to recognize outstanding products and services in the library industry through an unbiased evaluation process. Products are reviewed by LibraryWorks' database of more than 90,000 librarians, and only customers with hands-on experience using a product in their library are eligible to participate as judges.

Patron Point scored an overall score of 9.23/10, with high marks across criteria including quality, functionality, and overall satisfaction. One judge remarked, "Patron Point gave us the tools to better reach our patrons through emails, text messaging, and instant digital library cards. Our click rate has increased over 20%!"

Patron Point is a comprehensive patron relationship management system that helps public libraries connect with their communities – from welcoming new patrons to keeping them informed and engaged through targeted, automated communication. Patron Point is used by thousands of libraries worldwide to optimize their communication and marketing efforts.

"Springshare is dedicated to helping libraries enhance their web presence and stand out in the eyes of their users," said Slaven Zivkovic, Founder and CEO of Springshare. "Patron Point continues to play a key role in supporting that mission, and we're honored to see libraries recognize its impact year after year."
