Libraries in the United States and the United Kingdom Select Springshare’s Patron Point

MIAMI, FL (November 15, 2024) - Springshare is thrilled to announce that Boynton Beach City Library and the Cornwall Library and Information Service have selected the Patron Point platform to support their communication and marketing efforts.

Boynton Beach City Library (BBCL), out of Boynton Beach, Florida, has partnered with Springshare's Patron Point platform to enhance patron communications. Using a robust audience segmentation strategy as well as implementing an additional SMS messaging module for notifications, the library intends to provide timely and tailored messaging to its patrons. Boynton Beach City Library serves a city of roughly 70,000 residents, circulating more than 360,000 items among them.

Cornwall Library and Information Service (CLIS), based in Truro, United Kingdom, has selected the Patron Point marketing automation platform to take a more strategic, data-driven approach to marketing. By using customer profiling and segmentation, CLIS intends to provide more targeted and timely communications that will increase awareness of the library's services and collections, thus increasing patron engagement. Circulating more than 1,650,000 items annually, the Cornwall Library and Information Service is a proven source of information and services that deliver valuable, life-enhancing experiences for its members.
