Randwick City Library (AUS) adopts Patron Point®

MIAMI, FL (September 29, 2023) Springshare announced today that Randwick City Library (RCL), based in New South Wales, Australia (https://www.randwick.nsw.gov.au/library), has selected the Patron Point library marketing platform to support its vision of providing a modern library service committed to promoting life-long learning and engaging the local community.

Randwick City Library intends to employ the Patron Point segment and campaign programs to send automated emails containing highly targeted messaging to key groups of library users with the goals of increasing community awareness and engagement with the library's collection and calendar as well as streamlining patron account maintenance and retention.

To aid in accomplishing its vision, patrons of RCL have access to more than 176,000 learning and entertainment resources including books, movies, and music, with digital versions to match, as well as a variety of streaming applications. To extend its cardholder's opportunities for growth, the library also offers services such as a creative space, sound studio space, family history resources, rooms for hire, a community bus for hire, as well as public computers, printers, and scanners.

A robust event and program calendar rounds out the patron's experience by including children's storytimes, book clubs, movie clubs, music events, art exhibits, exercise classes, craft nights, language classes, and many other engaging activities for all ages.
