Your Trail Map to SpringyCamp for All Libraries: The Full Lineup

Written by Kirsten | October 30, 2026

Adventure awaits – no hiking boots required! Join us virtually for two days of SpringyCamp for All Libraries on November 12 and 17, from 12pm to 3:30pm ET. We're excited to show off the lineup, with ideas for libraries of all types, special keynote speakers, and plenty of camp activities. Grab a buddy (or a few) – this is one trip worth sharing!

What is SpringyCamp?

Think of SpringyCamp as a campfire gathering for Springshare users: an interactive online conference where libraries swap clever ideas they’ve put into action at their own institutions. Forget the tent and the long drive – all you need is a comfy chair and an appetite for inspiration!

🎤 Keynote Sessions

Kick off each day of SpringyCamp with a keynote presentation you won't want to miss!

Thursday, November 12 | The Case for Curiosity: Humanities Approaches to Emerging Technology
Dr. Mary Borgo Ton, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, will explore practical ways to navigate new tools, ask sharper questions about AI, and spark thoughtful conversations at your library.

Tuesday, November 17 | Libraries as Mighty Catalysts for Community Resilience
Rebekkah Smith Aldrich, Co-Founder of the Sustainable Libraries Initiative, will draw on national research and an award-winning certification program to help your library become stronger and more resilient.

🌱 SpringyCamp Give Back

For every person who attends live, Springshare will donate $1 to the Sustainable Libraries Initiative. Help us support a more sustainable future by joining us at SpringyCamp!
