We're introducing Task Templates to make assigning regularly occurring tasks a snap. For any task that occurs with some frequency - like item requests, or printing requests, or requests for follow-up from another department - create a template for that task (similar to a macro), and then assign that task using a simple dropdown list. Head to Tickets & FAQs > Task Management > Task Templates to get started!
The Ticket Dashboard now has a Full Text Search to let you do a quick search in your system without having to go to the Ticket KBE.
FAQs can now be archived so they do not display in the FAQ KBE but will continue to display as part of statistics. To archive a FAQ, head to Edit FAQ and change its publication status from "Published" or "Unpublished" to "Archived".

We've added a new report to all LibAnswers Reference Datasets to show ticket distribution by queues, so it's easy to view a breakdown of the volume of questions being asked in your LibAnswers system broken down by queue. We've included both monthly and day of the week aggregates for all queues, and you can filter to results for a specific queue using the dropdown menu above the chart. Head to Datasets > Select a LibAnswers Reference Dataset > Tickets by Queue Distribution to see the new reports.
We've added high level statistics on the lifetime totals of your LibAnswers system. This details all of the tickets, chats, FAQs, FAQ views, chatbot flows and sessions from your LibAnswers system across all time. Head to Datasets > Select a LibAnswers Reference Dataset > Overview tab to see the new lifetime statistics.

We're adding a new setting to allow non-logged-in users to view file attachments included as part of a form submission; this makes it possible for users who don't have direct access to LibWizard to view file attachments they receive via email. Head to Edit Form > Settings > Email Notification Settings > "Require User Login To View File Submissions Sent Via Email" to adjust this setting.
We've updated all of our API documentation to the OpenAPI format, so it's easier to view and process data using our APIs! Head to Admin > API to view the new API documentation.
