What this means for SirsiDynix and Springshare customers:
SirsiDynix ILS customers can purchase several of Springshare’s market-leading patron engagement tools through their SirsiDynix contract. These tools include LibCal, a fully featured calendaring platform; LibMaps, a multipurpose wayfinding tool; and LibConnect Pro, a first-of-its-kind patron relationship management system. Back-end integration between Springshare’s tools and SirisDynix ILS platforms ensures a seamless patron experience.
Content integration between SirsiDynix’s CloudSource, an OA-forward shared content and discovery services platform, and Springshare’s LibGuides, a comprehensive library content management system. CloudSource’s rich open access content and open educational resources can be easily embedded into subject and course guides in the LibGuides platform.
