These releases are on their way to you next week, and will be live in all regions by the end of the day on Friday, December 20, 2024.

#### LibCal

- SMS Reminder Notifications are now available for Space and Equipment Booking! If your site already has SMS configured, head to **Admin>SMS>Settings** to enable the new notification option. If you haven't yet signed up for SMS reminders in LibCal, please contact the Springshare Sales team.
- When creating an Equipment, Space, or Pass booking on the admin side of the system, you can now look up patron ILS information directly from LibCal! To see this feature in action, your LibApps admin will first need to configure an ILS integration for your LibApps system from **LibApps > Admin > ILS Integration**. Initially we're supporting connections for these lookups using SIP2, Alma, and Sierra, and we look forward to supporting more ILS systems in the near future.
- You can now save your LibCal Space Widgets for easy future reuse! Admins can head to **Admin > Widgets** to get started.

#### LibAnswers

- You can now update a **ticket's status** via **email command! **
- We've introduced more **accessibility updates **to LibAnswers to continue with **WCAG 2.2 compliance **improvements.

#### LibGuides/LibApps

- We've revamped the existing A-Z Databases Import feature that allows you to create and manage databases in bulk. Navigate to **Content → A-Z Database Management (Beta) → A-Z Databases - Main Database List **to get started.
- LibAuth now supports wildcards * anywhere within a group rule's value to indicate that a variation on a parameter is accepted. This will work anywhere in a group rule's possible values, including names, emails, userids, departments, etc. 
    - E.G. You can allow a subset of library barcodes from your site with a particular prefix / set of starting numbers (97812*) to be approved for a specific library within your consortia.
    - Or, you can approve users who have emails from a particular email domain (like @students.myschool.edu).

#### **LibInsight**

- You can add the max capacity values for your Gate Count library locations.
- We've updated the **access type** values for our COUNTER 5 SUSHI providers. We've also updated the available **data types** for the COUNTER 5 master reports.
